The problem: a tired body, a mind still running
After late hockey games and practices, hockey player Antti Karjalainen was physically tired, but his mind kept running. When Antti moved to Italy to play hockey, late evenings became part of everyday life. Falling asleep became harder, and sleep stopped carrying him the way it used to.
He wanted to find a way to help his body calm down faster after games and practices, before going to sleep.
The solution: Neurosonic Harmonia becomes part of the evening routine
The first thing he noticed was tension easing already during the programme. His mind slowed down and he felt calmer, making it easier to let go of the day without having to try.
Since then, Neurosonic Harmonia has found its place in Antti's routine almost every day. During the day the programme is shorter, around ten minutes, often alongside a nap. In the evening it is longer, around 25 minutes before bed, often combined with an acupressure mat. The routine stays, even when days and schedules do not follow the same pattern.
Results over time
Over time, the change has been clear. Waking up in the middle of the night, typically between three and four, has practically stopped, even though it used to be common for Antti. Falling asleep has become easier, and sleep now stays more consistent through the night.
As a hockey player who travels a lot, it matters to Antti that Neurosonic Harmonia is easy to bring along, on the road, in unfamiliar beds, and through changing schedules. Whatever changes around him, the evening when his body gets to settle stays the same. Antti has also learned to listen to his own body more closely. Lower intensity works best for him and calms him most effectively. There is no single right setting, though, since the bed and mattress also affect how the vibration feels.
If you are still considering trying Neurosonic, Antti's advice is simple: make Neurosonic Harmonia part of your own evening routine and use it regularly. Regular use has been the thing that made the difference for him.
